This course has both small and large greens The fairway rough has been cut into three sections regular intermediate and difficult This club was originally founded in 1895 and has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U S GOLF Magazine also recognized it in their 1995 list of The First 100 Clubs in America After Robert Fowler redesigned three holes in 1922 Donald Ross redesigned the entire course in 1923 followed by Ed Seay in 1975
