This course is rolling and fairly open with firm flat greens Presently property lines border most of the holes however when the planned development is completed property line out of bounds will skirt all of the holes on the course The signature hole is 8 a 423 yard par 4 which features an elevated tee and requires a tee shot of no more than 150 yards to prevent the ball from rolling down a steep drop If the tee shot is overclubbed a stiff uphill approach shot to the green becomes imminent
