This is a somewhat open course but all the holes are tree lined and there is a standard cut of rough bordering the fairways The greens are extremely large including one that measures a 101 yards in length and are somewhat sloped and have medium speed The course was built on the natural rolling terrain and there are many scenic views of the countryside Boone County also has three other courses including Boone Links Brookview and Lakeview
