This course features five ponds that come into play on about eight holes and numerous sand bunkers that protect most of the greens and fairways Players will get a dose of both on the opening hole a 523 yard par 5 which features two sand bunkers to the left of the landing area and two more near the green which also has a small pond sitting to the left The front nine concludes with another par 5 which measures 540 yards and features water down the left side and several sand bunkers around the green
