This course is located at the headwaters of the Niobrara River Water hazards come into play on six holes one of which features an island green and an elevation change of 200 feet from tee to green There is one other hole that also boasts an extreme change of elevation however the rest of the course was built on relatively flat terrain and is easy to walk The greens are medium sized and fast The club is owned and operated by the Town of Lusk
