This course has received high praise for its excellent condition The course was designed with the intention of hosting PGA qualifying events Because of this the final hole was constructed with stadium seating The course is easy to walk from tee box to green The greens are large lush and fast The fairways are tree lined having been cut from a forest There are no out of bounds per se but the dark woods capture many a ball Water hazards in the form of a winding creek and a couple of ponds come into play on nine of the eighteen holes This is definitely a fair versatile course due to its five tee boxes on each hole Twilight rates are available The course plans on building a resort hotel on the premises Three hundred and fifty home sites are also planned for the future
