This course was designed alongside the Bayou Desiard which comes into play on three holes The small greens are well bunkered and even though the fairways are lined with trees they still afford generous landing areas Water hazards come into play on ten of the eighteen holes John Cochran redesigned the course in 1973 followed by Ron Pritchard in 1988
