This course is unusual for Indiana because the terrain is hilly It was built in a wooded area and features many mature oak trees lining its fairways Water comes into play on six holes and the varying changes in elevation make the course quite scenic The most difficult hole on the course is 3 a 542 yard par 5 requiring a tee shot up a dogleg left fairway then an approach shot to a small green that is severely sloped from front to back Most of the greens on this course are approximately 6,000 square feet in size
