This course was designed to play in the shape of a circle The fairways were built on rolling terrain and are all separated by woods There is a large lake and six ponds coming into play on two holes including 8 a 443 yard par 4 which requires an approach shot over water from a dogleg right fairway This course is located next to Lake Marion The large greens are undulating and well bunkered This course was formerly named The Player s Course II
