This fairly long course has many tall trees lining the fairways and a creek runs throughout the course coming into play on several holes The course has approximately six ponds on it three are on hole 2 The most difficult hole is 2 a 467 yard par 4 requiring a tee shot up a narrow fairway that is well guarded by ponds The club has hosted the Kentucky Open Championship in 1994 and 1995 Golf Digest rated this as the 9th Best in State course for 1995 96 and 8th best for 1997 98 This club also has an executive course that is fairly simple but is also challenging for better players
