This club has three nine hole courses that play as three eighteen hole combinations plus there is a par 3 course These courses are hilly so they feature several elevation changes on many holes The fairways are tree lined and rather narrow The 3 Course is shorter but is considered the most difficult test of golf by the course personnel The Par 3 Course has water coming into play on two holes The fairways are lined with houses and the greens are small and undulating The signature hole is 9 an 85 yard par 3 which plays over water and returns to the pro shop Robert Muir Graves redesigned the courses in the 1970 s
