This course has several long par 4 s including a 440 yarder on the last hole In addition there are ponds that come into play on two holes Even though the course is predominantly flat there are some hilly areas on the course which will cause uneven lies In spite of the fact that this area was originally farmland the club has planted plenty of dogwood oak maple fir and pine trees alongside their wide open fairways The course offers beautiful views of the Hudson Valley and is especially rewarding to the eye during the fall color changes There is an additional set of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round
