Black Rock Golf Course
This course was built on rolling hills and features well bunkered fast greens and open fairways The rough is high but the fairways are cut short There are five ponds that come into play on eight holes and the wind is frequently a major factor so selecting the proper club can be a real challenge The signature hole is 13 a 423 yard par 4 with trees lining the right side of the fairway and requiring an approach shot over water to an undulating green Just to the right of the trees on the right side is an out of bounds area which prevents cutting the dogleg fairway Washington County residents pay 16.00 for 18 holes 10.00 for 9 holes weekdays 20.00 for 18 holes weekends and 14.00 for carts Juniors under 17 and seniors over 60 pay 11.00 for 18 holes 10.00 for 9 holes weekdays Seniors pay 25.00 for a cart weekdays Twilight rates are effective 3 hours prior to dusk 12.00 for 18 holes 25.00 with cart The club also offers discounts to local high schools
