The 18-hole Cotton Ranch course at the Cotton Ranch Club facility in Gypsum, Colorado features 7,052 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.6 and it has a slope rating of 136 on Blue grass. Designed by Pete Dye, ASGCA, the Cotton Ranch golf course opened in 1997.
