This facility offers three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations The narrow tree lined fairways average approximately twenty five yards in width encouraging accuracy of the tee However if shots stray from the fairway into the rough recovery is usually not a problem due to the immaturity of the trees Several water hazards and a plethora of sand bunkers come into play throughout the layout Both the Red and White courses feature traditional style designs while the Blue Course is constructed links style The signature hole can be found on the Blue Course 8 a 149 yard par 3 requiring a tee shot across water to the green
