The 18-hole Fountainhead course at the Fountainhead Golf Course At Eufalla State Park facility in Checotah, Oklahoma features 6,919 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71.3 and it has a slope rating of 116 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Floyd Farley, ASGCA, the Fountainhead golf course opened in 1968. Jim Ramsey manages the course as the Golf Professional.
