This course completed a major overhaul in 1998 Eleven new holes were constructed new greens were built and a nine hole chipping course was added The entire course was moved across Nicholson Drive and the layout was re configured to accommodate the driving range and new clubhouse The current design is still very flat and easy to walk Locals say it is a great beginner s course LSU students receive a discount on green fees There is also a lighted 9 hole pitch and putt course that stays open until 9pm Locker facilities are also available
