This rolling course has elevation changes that range from seventy feet above sea level to 120 feet below A huge forest consisting of pines oaks and other native trees surrounds the 1,000 acre facility A large lake once used by local fisherman comes into play and must be carried on three holes A housing community sits in among the trees and construction is limited to an area surrounding the front nine The course has hosted many tournaments including the U S Open qualifier in 1999 and will host the Senior U S Open qualifier in 2000 This facility hopes to expand to twenty seven holes in the near future
