This eighteen hole course features a front nine that is a links style layout The fairways are wide open and flat and there s several water hazards coming into play The back nine holes are mountain style with many elevation changes Most of the fairways are tree lined The signature hole is 4 a 566 yard par 5 which calls for an elevated tee shot that must avoid a meandering creek to the left of the fairway and trees to the right It doglegs to the left The second shot must carry over the meandering creek to a medium sized green The 5,642 yard ladies tee also has a men s course rating of 65.7 and a slope of 115 Members of the country club are the only players allowed to walk the golf course
